Learn more about what makes 3BAR unique by clicking on the topics below. The American Vegan Society defines a Vegan diet as one that excludes:
"flesh, fish, fowl, dairy products (animal milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, etc.), eggs, honey, animal gelatin, and all other foods of animal origin.
Vegan diets are not only rooted in non-animal products, but they are also gluten and dairy free diets, free of any byproducts and are quite commonly said to be fundamentally pure. As a result, Vegan foods are said to be highly compatible with many other types of diets, including the dairy free and gluten free diet.

Vegans differ from vegetarians because, in addition to gluten free and dairy free living, Vegans seek to remove all kinds of animal products from their lives. Vegetarians commonly eat fish and weather leather.

Much of 3BAR's protein comes from Vegan Soy Protein, which can be read about here.
